Job Description:
- Manage the Sellout Area
- Supervise Trainers and BA team
- Make targets for Trainers and BA team
- Increase sales from sales targets and focus product targets
- Planning and organizing monthly events to increase sales
- Conduct monthly evaluation reports of the Sellout Team
Requirement:
- Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) in any major
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus 
- able to work with targets and have selling skills
- Good communication (both written and verbal), well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with good interpersonal skill
- Able to prioritize work, manage time effectively and work successfully in a fast paced, multi-faceted structured environment
