Requirements 
- Bachelor’s degree from HR, Management, Accounting, Business, or similar field
- Generally requires 5 or more years of payroll or closely related experience
- Proficient in Power Point and Excellent presentation skill
- Proficient in Ms. Office Excel (able to calculate vlookup, % difference, Pivot,etc)
- Having experience in handling large number of employee min. 4000 employees
- Demonstrated payroll management experience
- Demonstrated team leadership ability
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
- Problem solving ability, detail oriented, analytical and numeracy skills
- Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
- Strong ethic and Discretion with confidential matters
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
