JOB SUMMARY: 
- Supervise all production process activities that take place in the factory such as cutting, gluing, assembling, and other processes.
- Coordinating and directing each of his subordinates and determining the division of tasks for each of his subordinates.
- Supervise and evaluate all production activities to find deficiencies and deviations/errors so that improvements can be made for the next activity
- Other tasks will be assigned by superiors
 
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:
- Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Management major
- Language: Able to speak and write in English
- Experience: Min. 5 years experience in Production of the manufacturing industry
- Min. 2 years experience as Production Manager 
- Have leadership experience handling subordinates in a factory
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Have good communication and leadership skills
- Able to work in a team as well
- Having knowledge of Production Management
