Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Waiter/Waitress at Tavern Group Semarang. The Captain Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the dining experience for guests. This includes providing exceptional customer service, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, maintaining an organized and efficient dining area, and ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests.
 Qualifications
1. Customer Service, Communication, and Food Service skills
2. Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry and best practices
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills
6. 2 years experience in a same role or in the hospitality industry
Persyaratan minimum:- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
- Tanggal mulai kerja: 01 April 2024
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,500,000 per bulan
