Job Description
- Handling Whole Region Responsibility Such As Target Sell-Out/Value, Sell-Through, Plan & Strategic, Human Resource, Branding, Data Analyze, Sales Program, Stock Management Etc.
- Responsible To Direct Communication With Management Regarding Market, Competitor, Internal & External Situation And Give An Advise Or Solution Until Get A Positive Result
- Direct Communication And Negotiation To Dealer/Partner With Positive Result
- Internal & External Problem Solving (As A Region Owner)
- Support All Company Division To Improve Business In Region
- Understand To Built Own Region Revenue By Focus Products, Handling And Support Optimization In Region
Requirement
- Target And Result Oriented
- Experience As An Area Or Region Manager (In Smartphone Industry)
- Have A Good Skill Of Communication, Negotiation, Thinking Ability Are Great
- Problem Solver, Actively On Action In Any Plan
- Market & Data Analysis, Strong Forecast On Region Business
- Mandarin Is Prefer, If Also Fluent In English Is Preferred
- Leading As Region Owner Not Support
