Management Accounting activities
- Review various financial activities in related business unit
- Journals, balance sheet and detail account
- Petty cash disbursement and (bank receipt)
- Usage of money accountability
- Account in balance sheet
- Arrange financial report for activities in related business unit
- Assemble report and clarification of increase and decrease comparison in Business Units financial report
- File financial documents
- Bank disbursement documents
- Bank receipts
- General ledger
- Perform cash and stock opname
- Assist in making financial report with GL program
Accounting & Financial report
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Check and perform coding for bank disbursement
- Make and perform bank receipt program
- Review financial accounting report in related business unit
- Set up schedule for financial statement monthly closing period in related business unit.
- Organize and perform coding of general ledger
- Take note of revenues and account receivables/payable, income and expenses
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) / University student (6th semester)
- Minimum 0-1 year of working experience
- Accounting
- Accounts Payable
- Time Management
- Analytical Skills
