PPIC Manager
We are a rapidly growing furniture manufacturing company located in Central Java, looking for a PPIC (Production Planning, Inventory Control) Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and motivate the PPIC team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any production-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PPIC role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning principles and inventory management techniques.
- Proficiency in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) / SAP systems for production planning and inventory control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership abilities with the capability to effectively manage and develop a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
