Job Description 
- Implement product quality management system policies that work well at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia
- Carry out concrete quality control training at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia for employees.
- Conduct routine inspections or audits to see working conditions, equipment and worker habits to identify problems related to quality control and determine corrective actions.
- Conduct investigations in the event of a concrete product quality failure (concrete hardening setback, rapid slump loss, cracking, low compressive strength, segregation, bleeding, etc.)
- Technical Service Product with Costumer Special Project
 
Qualification : 
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Civil Engineering
- At least 2 years working experience in readymix industry or related field
- Knowing well about Quality Control and Quality Assurance of concrete, concrete mix design
- Knowing well about ISO 9001:2015
- Computer literate
- Good command in English is a must
- Having analysis and investigation skill
- Able presentation effectively
- Creative innovative thinking, self motivation, self motivation, eager to learn, team work player
