Deskripsi Pekerjaan
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Responsible for selling company commercial coffee machine products to the targeted project customers, hotel, restaurant, cafe, e-commerce and marketplace (online, offline, dealer, institution & project sales).
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings to existing clients.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers products portfolio, sales target, revenue and expense controls.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive forces.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new clients.
- Setting sales targets with sales team, goods ordering to the principal based on the target set, manage the inventory at the most efficient level, and monitor progress.
- Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team in all branch, monitoring the competitor activities & strategy, prospecting and closing for project selling.
- Coordinating with marketing on promotion and lead generation
- Achieved planned sales goals
- Tracking sales goals & reporting results to the management
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Age: 28 – 35 years old, Bachelor Degree of Marketing or Business.
- At least 5 years experiences in sales and business development / coffee machine business / in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in written & speaking English will be advantage
- Computer literate especially MS. Office and other relevant software
- Strong negotiator, has leadership, team management experience  and administrative skill, attention to detail and is very organized
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, initiative, hardworking, responsible and able to work with team.
