Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Experience as a product development manager in the electronics industry for at least 3 years
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Defining product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities
- Developing and managing product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
- Overseeing the design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure product specifications are met
- Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize product quality and manufacturability
- Implementing agile methodologies and best practices to enhance product development processes
- Working with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Monitoring product performance post-launch and incorporating feedback into future development
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Managing stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on product progress and milestones
- Continuously analyzing competitive offerings and market dynamics to inform product innovation and updates
- Willing to be placed in Karangawen, Demak, Central Java
