Hi HR enthusiast, our client is currently looking for an HRGA Staff for their newly established company in Semarang!
Job Duties:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
a. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
b. Conduct new employee orientation sessions and assist in onboarding processes. - Employee Relations:
a. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
b. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. - Payroll and Benefits Administration:
a. Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
b. Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries. - HR Administration:
a. Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
b. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Office Assistance:
a. Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies.
b. Assist with scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating events as needed.
c. Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
