Our company, HARYONO TOURS & TRAVEL is one of the biggest travel corporations in East Java and one of the very few hotel wholesalers in Indonesia. Currently operating with head office in Surabaya and branches in Jakarta, Malang and Semarang, we are expecting to expand our operations by inviting highly motivated individuals to join our team in SEMARANG office as:
Branch Supervisor (Semarang)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in travel industry.
- Customer-service oriented attitude.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Good command of English.
- Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Familiar with online booking system and GDS (such as Sabre/Galileo and Garuda Altea).
 
Job Descriptions:
- Assist customers (both corporate and individual customers) to select the most suitable travel products for their needs.
- Sell travel-related products as assigned by the company.
- Book and issue airlines tickets and hotel vouchers as a group or individual.
- Liaise with appointed partners and suppliers (hotels, tour operators, airlines etc)
- Maintain good administration regarding invoices and other general admin tasks.
- Maintain high level of customer service and be responsive to customers inputs including complaints
- Assist Branch Manager in supervising staff and performing sales call duties
