Qualifications & experience
 
- Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
- At least 4 years of working experience in similar roles
- Familiar with SAP/ QuickBooks or other similar accounting software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
- Willing to work in Semarang
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry 
 
 
 
Tasks & responsibilities
 
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and long term investments. Implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.
- Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax regulations at the local, state, and federal levels. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits and resolve any tax-related issues.
