Qualification :
- Minimum education S1 Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Industrial Estate
- Have the ability to read master plan drawings & technical drawings
- Autocad, Ms. Word and Ms. Excel
- Good in Design and knowledge of detailing construction of building, facilities and M & E installations
- Familiar with construction cost data and conditions of building contracts.
- Knowledge and skill in project management tools, processes and documentation
- Experience working in a multiple project environment with leadership roles
- Must be self driven with a good sense of urgency
- High level of integrity, resourcefulness and result-oriented
- Strong initiatives with passion and drive to succeed
- Mastering with Design software : AUTOCAD, BIM, Sketcup, Arcgis and any others software
- Preferably have SKA, K3 and any others certificate in Civil & Construction Engineering
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the project planning activities to ensure that the projects design, implementation and completion are coordinated to meet overall timelines 
- Co-ordinate the review of development masterplan
- Prepare development budgets and carry out quarterly reviews
- Report and update on planning and progress of development to management
- Co-ordinate with appointed consultants to prepare, review design & cost plan for the project.
- Manage, monitor and control the scope of works, cost and project schedules.
- Prepare and review tender drawings and specifications for all project
- Ensure proper documentation of all reports on design, project progress, plans, budgets, etc.
- Co-ordinate the inspection and taking and handing over of all completed projects
- Plan, monitor and track progress of land delivery, infrastructure and utilities completion
- Plan and allocate land for sales and provide land proposals for prospects
