Deskripsi Pekerjaan
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Job Task:
ORDER MANAGEMENT: 
- Enter order promptly and accurately
- Response to the customer in writing and state goods arrival time
- Communicate to sales / customer should there be any issue with order
- Follow up on delivery status 
- Tracking on outstanding orders
- Handling of invoices and credit note to the customer on weekly basis 
2.Job Task:
IN-DOOR SALES SUPPORT:
- Communicating courteously with technicians and sales representative
- Handling non-stock inventory
- Handling of sample orders 
- Handling ppe for technicians
3.Job Task:
COMPLAINT HANDLING :
- Analyzing the situation, compile related documents and login in complaint in system.
- Follow up on complaint and provide solution and corrective action to the customer based on findings and conclusion provided by pic. 
- Arrange for return and replacement
 4.Job Task:
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
- Update and keep documents in time to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the documents.
- Classify the documents and file according to guideline given 
 5.Job Task:
- Handle ad-hoc or others as assigned by the superior
- EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: 
Required:
- Minimum diploma holder with at least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in a multi-national company.
- Possess a good organizational and analytical skills
- Able to handle large volume of business transactions effectively and efficiently.
Preferred: - Multi -task oriented
- Able to work under minimum supervision, handle work pressure with proactive and initiative attitude.
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
  - Able to handle export transactions including knowledge in letter of credit, customs regulations, related shipping documents 
- Able to handle domestic transaction including shipping documents for shipment to east Malaysia and drop shipment ie. From Italy
Preferred: - Experience in marketing for sales activities is an added advantage.
- Must be customer and result oriented
 
3. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft office
- Able to work with team of people locally and regionally
Preferred: - Able to speak fluently and write professionally bilingually, ie English and Chinese
- Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
