Job Description: 
- Identify what skills our company needs most. 
- Design & deliver engaging training programs. 
- Help employees learn & grow in their careers. 
- Use data to make training even better. 
- Collaborate with different teams across the company. 
- Stay updated on the latest learning trends. 
- Build relationships with key people. 
- Track progress to ensure training effectiveness. 
- Support recruitment for new hires (staff and above). 
- Coordinate employee performance reviews. 
 
Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business management, or related field. 
- Skilled in using assessment tools. 
- Experience in recruitment is required. 
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing. 
- Proficient in Training Needs Analysis (TNA). 
- Confident in public speaking and managing situations. 
- Persuasive with a friendly demeanor for HR. 
- Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating corporate training programs. 
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design. 
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. 
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
- Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. 
- Certification in training and development is a plus. 
- Knowledgeable in HR practices and talent management. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Computer literate, including MS Office and internet use. 
- Fluent in English. 
- Willing to occasionally commute between Semarang and Karanganyar. 
- Preferably residing in Semarang. 
- Able to work at BSB City, Semarang.
