An exciting Chief Operation Officer job has become available at a highly reputable property & mall company in Central Java, Indonesia.
About the COO Role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead the developing and executing strategic plan to achieve company targets and expand our business.
Oversee all aspects of property & mall operations, including tenant relations, financial management, retail networking, and customer experience. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive profitability and enhance market positioning. Manage marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts. Lead a team operation to ensure operational excellence and deliver exceptional service to customer, and develop all the assets owned by the company so that the company becomes one of the leading property developers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Asset Management/Business Administration or related field 
- At least 15 years of experience in retail/mall management/business development with 5 years in senior leadership
- Has an extensive network, especially mall & brand retails net working
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in financial management and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior.
