Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Decs :
- Process costumer order received by Costumer Service Departement Head
- Communicate with Head Office for approval Good Shipment
- Inform warehouse the approval of Sales Order and Delivery order, so the goods can be shipped
- In the end of the month, collect data of hard copy delivery order from warehouse that can be invoiced
- Communicate clearly and effectively with costumer
- Work with costumer service supervisor to ensure proper costumer service is being delivered
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- With at least 1 year related working experience with management skill.
- Excellent knowledge of Customer service concept and best practice
- Have background business relative degree
