ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Network Engineer/Pre-sales at PT. RJGF International Indonesia’s new branch in Semarang. The Network Engineer/Pre-sales will be responsible for:
1. Introduction: Conduct introductory sessions with clients to understand their network requirements. 
2. Training: Provide training on network solutions and technologies to client or partner if needed.
3. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring smooth operation of network infrastructure.
4. Technical Proposal and Design: Create detailed technical proposals and network designs based on client requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions.
5. Bill of Quantity (BoQ): Prepare Bill of Quantity (BoQ) documents detailing the quantity and cost of materials required for network implementation.
6. Commercial Proposal: Develop commercial proposals and quotations based on the technical design and BoQ. Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Currently residing in or able to stay in Semarang, Indonesia. 
2. Knowledge of networking (CCNA).
3. Ability to create network topology designs.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7. Professional working proficiency in English.
8. Able to speak in Chinese / Mandarin (optional).
9. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent (optional).
