Requirements

• Bachelor degree from any major
• At least 2&nbspYear(s) of working experience&nbspin the related field is required for this position.&nbspPreferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales – Retail/General especially in&nbspFMCG Industry
• Having experience in&nbspModern Trade &amp Acccount Management.
• Have good relation with key account channel (Local Modern Trade)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills

Job Description

• Responsible to completing monthly sales target each outlet and brand
• Looking for a Local MT shop for mutually beneficial cooperation.
• Communicating and negotiating with Key Account (Local MT)
• Responsible to control the promo activities at the outlet according to the plan.
• Monitor and report on competitors activity
• Ensuring the growth of existing business and generating new opportunities to increase market share
• Make reports on the progress of sales, distribution and promotions
• Handle feedback from Key Accounts
