OCademy is an Education Technology platform based in Bandung that aims to help people understand better and give them access to Online Business knowledge.  
 
 
Qualifications :
Minimal 2 years of sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in using productivity software (Excel, Sheet, etc)
Basic knowledge of logistics industry is a plus 
Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms (Meta Ads) is a plus
Master the Central Javanese local language
 
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully closing sales from new and existing customer accounts
Manage negotiations with new and potential leads
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
