Responsibilities:
- Lead Production Department to deliver output in right item, right quality, right amount, and right time as efficient and effective as possible without any harm to Safety and Quality
- Manage cost of production by controlling usage of resources, increasing yield, manage man power effectively, and efficiently reduce other expenses
- Manage safety risk of operational in production process
- Develop capability of organization and people from operator to supervisor
- Lead Continuous Improvement activities to reduce waste in production area
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science
- Min. 5 – 7 years of Production experience with relevant leadership experience in FMCG companies
- Experienced in resource planning, execution, evaluation, and improvement in production
- Passionate in organization and people development
- Experienced in total productive management (AM Methodology, 5S)
- Continuous improvement tools (DCS, RCA, BDA, Kaizen, Genba Walk, QMS, FSMS SHEMS)
- Agile, collaborative, result-oriented
