Job Descriptions:
Learning Need Analysis: 
• Create, build and maintain communication and relationships in order to acquiring learning needs from Business units and division in Bina Nusantara
• Support the development of annual work plan related Learning & Development each Business Unit and Division in coordination with Learning Solution and Learning Operation & Facilities
• Visit BCL&D’s customer as planned to identify customer needed and suggesting learning & development program available that meets customer needs 
• Perform as trusted advisor with BCL&D’s costumer Support in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicates costumers needs to all related department to get effective solutions 
• Collect and analyzing data and match the best products to meets the customer requirements 
• Give suggestion on prioritizing team initiatives and workload to assure optimal allocation of resources to best meet the customer needs
• Communicate Learning program and other information related to BCL&D activities to all respective parties
• Monitor the progress of learning program and identify the opportunity of improvement 
Pre-Implementation: • Analyze data target pool participants related opened program development
• Develop timeline related to all training schedule
• Supervise uploading schedule training in website/LMS
• Supervise and arranging room and facilities booking for program development
• Ensure the implementation of training schedule in order to make it realize on time
• Supervise the process of designing and distribution of brochure/flyer/ etc. of Professional Development programs:
• Analyze data related external training realization
• Review report related realization of Professional Development Program
• Coordinate with Human Capital, Academic Operations to collect data of corporate or school activities to set the most effective schedules in accordance with the established scheduling rules
Implementation & Service Monitoring: • Supervise the execution of the implementation PD programs (internal, external and in house training)
• Supervise replicate learning material (handouts, Ice Breaker, Evaluation, etc.)
• Responsible for all learning materials and facilities (icebreakers, case studies, handout)
• Assist Facilitator/MD/SME in execute various PD Programs
• Supervise the distribution of right questionnaires for every training 
• Responsible to document all handouts, questionnaires and other materials that use for Training Program
• Supervise all activities/data/documentation that related to BCLD
• Provide consultative service in developing & monitoring development program for particular needs Post Implementation: • Support BINUS Quality Assurance (data, documents and visiting)
• Producing data and document needed related to quality assurance in BINUS
• Supervise in conducting customer satisfaction questionnaires
• Revise and analyze data in order to produce a report
• Support manager in proposing improvement in business process related to operational mechanism
• Research and Analyze various issues and case to provide continuous service towards solution 
Development Analysis: • Support in analyzing profile of customer and consumers in order to know the individual and department development plan
• Assist Manager in identifying the learning need and area of improvement within business unit or division
• Support in coaching Business Unit and Division leaders on executing and delivering Learning & Development programs, policies and processes
• Act as liaison with Business Unit and Division to build a rigor system
• Record the questioner result from previous program as resources to plan next program 
General Activity: • Ensure quality management compliance for all data and documents
• Ensure all the team members in internal department get the same information related to business process, decision and BCL&D’s policy
• Produce report periodically to direct supervisor
• Monitor the overall documentation process in the department
• Give suggestion to direct supervisor for improvement related to operational activities
• Perform other activities as assigned by direct Supervisor
 
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
- Preferably specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
