Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Determines the test process and optimize test specs / procedures based on that process.
- Software debug and development for test
- Generates test programs, fixtures and Assembly Build Instructions (ABI) for production testing
- Ensure all the test specifications and instructions are carried out at the test area.
- Responsible for tester setup and validation based on Universal Tester Acceptance (UTA) criteria
- Coordinate with customer to determine the test strategy and resolve any test related issues
- Flawless execution of Engineering Change (EC) which is related to Test
- Liaising with Customers, Suppliers or relevant authorities to facilitate any test or equipment issue which may arise and to resolve the issue efficiently and promptly
- Test yield improvement and zero escape
- Work collaboratively with Production to efficiently utilize the test equipment and ensure adequate test capacity to accommodate customer’s forecast or demand
- Responsible for the debug bone pile / RMAs and the prompt root cause analysis of systemic failures or rejects
- Test equipment maintenance, ensure spares and minimize unscheduled downtime
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing
- Well versed in PCBA test program generation and fine tuning
- Able to perform analysis to increase test coverage and to generate test coverage reports for PCBA
- Drive front-end assembly processes to maximize test yield by analyzing defect pareto
- Able to be part of a cross-functional team in problem solving and resolution of operations issues effectively
- Good English communication (oral and written)
- Skilled writing and execution on Tester Validation Report
- Must be independent and self-motivated
