General Overview
The Sales Agro Commodity will identify business opportunities and manage partnerships with the corn offtake buyers (feed mills, trading companies, farms, etc), setting the selling price, negotiating the selling price, monitoring the price, and being responsible for profit and loss in the corn sales.
This role will manage the sales at the branch level and report directly to the Branch Manager & National Sales Manager.
Roles and responsibilities 
- Identifying business opportunities and extending partnerships with corn offtakes buyers at the Central Java level
- Establishing contacts and developing relationships in the region
- Gather crops buying prices from buyers, associations, and other related parties
- Setting the selling prices, negotiating the price, and monitoring the prices on day to day basis
- Deepening existing relationships and assisting transactions with buyers
- Analyze offtakes sales and operations to increase sales and offtakes process efficiency 
- Following up on the payment from the buyers, ensuring the payment is paid on time, and managing the payment collection
- Responsible for the profitability of corn sales
Requirements
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Proven work experience in purchasing or procurement in a feed mill, trading company, or corn processing for at least 5 years with a proven leadership track record.
- Have extensive networking with feed mills, trading companies, farms, and other buyers at the regional level
- Deep knowledge of the corn industry and corn pricing
- Comfortable with start-up environment
