Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibility

• Coordinate grass cultivation, plant maintenance, pest management, and sustainable horticultural practices
• Develop and implement cultivation plans and strategies according to schedule
• Manage the equipment work well, including maintenance and storage
• Manage the working team well so that it is always productive and effective
• Properly regulate nursery activities, facilities, and ensure the quality and availability of nursery stock
• Know the methods of integrated pest control, fertilizer management, and understand soil productivity
• Able to conduct research, monitor, evaluate and report horticultural activities and performance
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Technical and Specific Requirements

1. Full time with age not more than 26 years old
2. Has bachelor’s degree from&nbspAgronomy, Horticulture, Soil Sciences&nbspwith GPA min. 3,5 and above from reputable university
3. Min. 2 (two) years experience in the similar position&nbsp
4. Have knowledge/ familiar with grass cultivation (preferable)
5. English basic is preferred
6. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills&nbsp
7. Able to use MS-Office and Internet literate
8. Able to work hard, accurately, fast, and detail oriented
9. Able to work well with others in a fast paced and dynamic environment
10. Have excellent interpersonal skills, and able to show initiative and be proactive effectively prioritize daily work flow
11. Well presented and professional (we expect self-discipline and a goal-oriented individual).&nbsp
12. Willing to travel to the plantation&nbsparea
13. Preferable to join immediately
