Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Strategically sales planning to increase customer base and ensure OKI DOKI’s brand strong presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in aggressive sales and skills training
- Adhere to all requirements outlined in the Sales Policy
- Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/annual growth target
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to increase customer base and ensure the brands strong presence in the market.
- Identify emerging markets and markets shifts.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of competition, products, and services.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with regular and prospective customers
- Qualify potential sales leads/prospect and own database.
- Able to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Provide pricing and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained under prevailing credit guidelines of the organization.
- Identify opportunities to streamline customer supply chain activities and procedure, including identifying cost saving opportunities for the customer whilst maximizing account profitability
- Undertake formal and informal business reviews with the customer and appropriate Head of Department.
- Actively engage with management and other business units in order to provide client specific solutions.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new business generated, and manage the implementation of new business into the operational department
- Provide activity reports and sales plans
- Debt Control: Follow up on payments due and timely recovery.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports in timely manner (Sales activity, Pipeline, financial, etc.)
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 3 years selling Freight (Imports, Export) and Logistics / Supply chain solutions to local and international clients with proven track record.
- At least 5 years of Sales Experience.
- Business proficient English skill.
- Possess a valid Driving License.
- Professional image, polished presentation, positive mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and solutions focused.
- Confident, independent, and proactive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, TMS, ERP)
