Area Manager (Semarang)
Position: Branch Manager 
Placement: Semarang, Jawa Tengah
 
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day operation of the Semarang branch.
– Manage employees in the Semarang branch.
– Develop and implement marketing strategy based on company direction.
– Find new customer
– Maintain good relationships with existing and new customer
– Evaluate employee performance and productivity
– Create reports and give presentations.
 
Qualifications:
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
– Maximum age of 45 years.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
– Proficiently in operational management encompassing sales, finance, accounting, and personnel.
– English proficiency is a must. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin language is a big plus.
– Good analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
