PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.
The Assistant Manager, HR is responsible for helping Manager, HR overseeing and managing a team of Human Resources to ensure smooth operations and efficient execution of tasks.
Assistant Manager, HR main duties include supervising team members in carrying out daily tasks, providing support, and managing the overall workflow in the workplace.
His/ her responsibility includes:
- Participate in the hiring and dismissal process of team members.
- Help managers resolve problems or conflicts in the workplace.
- Develop strategies to improve workflow efficiency in the workplace to achieve better goals.
- Carrying out several correspondence tasks such as managing email and telephone.
- Become a liaison between managers, team members, and other departments.
- Provide direction to team members or disseminate new information.
- Helps managers monitor spending patterns and team budgets.
- Fill in for Manager, HR when they are not on duty.
- Make decisions when needed.
- Supports continuous learning and development of team members.
- Gather feedback from employees, managers, and customers and make necessary adjustments.
- Create reports that will be submitted and communicated to the Manager, HR and other stakeholders.
To hold the position, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management  or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior supervisory role within HR area in manufacture with >2000 employees.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiar with customer’s factory audit
- Proficient in Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software. SAP user is most welcome.
