PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.
Supervisor, HR (HRIS) is overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department. As an HR Supervisor, one must have a strong understanding of labor laws, possess analytical skills, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. This job is suited to individuals who are passionate about helping others, have strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a teamwork environment
The general responsibility covers:
- Manage employee data integrity using corporate HR system to assure data accuracy, timeliness, correctness and completeness.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring company policies are followed, and implementing new HR policies as needed.
- Managing staff, recruiting, hiring, and training employees, as well as handling employee relations and compliance issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels of the organization, including top management.
To hold the position you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree from management or related university
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Human Resources with mostly in HR System, with 3 years as supervisor.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in relevant software and hardware.
- Detail oriented, meticulous and discipline as well as ability to learn fast.
