Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage production schedules
- Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Supervise and train production staff
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Manage inventory and optimize resource use
- Inspect products at various stages of production.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies.
- Optimize use of materials to reduce waste.
- Prepare and manage the production budget
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure production operations stay within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance productivity and efficiency.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Min 5 years experience as Production Manager in a Garment Company (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in garment production management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in production management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Able to speak English
- Mastering MS. Office
- Able to make presentation reports
- Understand related KPIs and Industrial Engineering concepts
- Understand the concept of Kaizen, 5Why etc
- Able to do administration well
- Able to analyze data
- Understand Operation Breakdown & Cost
- Work placement Salatiga, Central Java
