Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Summary:

A pivotal role in achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and agents in targeted cities/industries. Providing dedicated sales and technical support, attending global exhibitions and engage in market exploration. Open to working as a sole-contributor.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the company’s sales plan to surpass established targets.
  • Expand and manage B2B Sales.
  • Cultivate and expand a network of distributors and agents in targeted regions/industries, fostering lasting relationships.
  • Provide dedicated sales and technical support to distributors/agents to drive sales.
  • Attend global exhibitions/trade shows to identify potential markets and engage with prospective customers.
  • Collect, organize, and provide insightful feedback on target market information.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, encouraging repurchases, transfers, and introductions for sustained sales growth.
  • Take ownership of customer information establishment, storage, and classification management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, engineering/ science or higher, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales-related position.
  • Proven ability to generate pipelines and identify business opportunities.
  • Passionate about sales, demonstrating diligence, initiative, and the flexibility to work remotely with variable schedules, including up to 75% travel.
  • Strong team spirit, a sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and adept interpersonal building skills.
  • Valuable experience in managing regional sales, and familiarity with the Indonesia market is a significant plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, including rural areas.
  • Own a vehicle is an advantage
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
