Inviting hungry and passionate Sales Supervisor to deputize sales team members on the conversion process from RFQ to Invoice. Transform the B2B Raw Materials segment, starting with construction materials, in Southeast Asia.
About the Job
The Sales Manager will be in charge of leading and growing BRIK’s Sales team for our Paint Business in several areas at Central Java and a commercially-driven mindset.
He/She is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, aligning business and technology development efforts to foster growth and customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Develop strategies to support the sales team to be able to meet targets
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields.
- At least 5–7 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have minimal 4 years working experience in Paint Industry
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
