Qualifications & experience
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Understand about UU Ketenagakerjaan, Payroll, Compensation and Benefit.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in the Human Resource position (Experience in the same industry or manufacturing is preferred).
- In-depth understanding of Human Capital principles
- Good in English, Both Spoken and Written
- Able to work underpressure
- Willing to Be Place in Jepara, Central Java
 
 
 
Tasks & responsibilities
 
- End to end recruitment process
- Manage employee administration (employee identity, BPJS, Bank Account Registration, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
- Responsible for matters relating to salary calculations, overtime, bonuses and allowances as well as employee BPJS.
- Providing budget priorities suggestions, overseeing and implement strategies to ensure HR & GA operational needs of employees are met.
- Overseeing employee-related administration (leave, overtime, attendance, reimbursements, claims, and other payments) and compliance with labor laws also company policies to to deliver excellent employee services.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (especially Excel and formulas)
