Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualification 
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management or related field
Min 1 year experience working in a similar role HRGA
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work independently and to deadlines
Good communication skills in English (its a must)
Payroll calculation master 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applicable to role
Understand company legality management
Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment processes 
Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process such as logging application forms/cv, organizing recruitment timetables,
Maintanance aset and Legality document company
Responsibility for all payroll process
Check and report daily attendance, follow up status (sick/accident/pass away) employee and his/her family
Check activity employee during case/project
Make announcement to employee regarding company regulation
Production of a weekly and monthly report as GA function
Perform maintenance of company assets
