Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Role, Responsibility & Task:
- Assisting Principal Designer in preparing all necessaries document, drawing, materials, etc for meeting & presentation
- Involved in Project meetings. Translate note into Minutes of Meeting (MOM). Coordinate MOM to related parties
- Communicate & coordinate with client for approval on design, material finish, appliances, loose furniture, etc
- Facilitate effective communication & coordinate with internal team on the project update, approval, project issues, etc
- Assisting Principal Designer in reviewing revised work/ update from internal team based on the feedback/ MOM
- Overseas overall project flow in studio, including weekly schedule, project timeline and deadline
- Liaising with external Party. Like supplier, sub-contractor, in regards of projects necessities and to align with project timeline
 
Requirment:
- Bachelor degree in Interior/ Architect with min. 3 years of experience of related field
- Preferably Male. Age max 32 years old
- Excellent knowledge in interior construction with keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with client, both internal & external team
- Proficiency in productivity and project management tools
- To be based in Semarang with frequent traveling for project trip
