Job Description:
As shift in charge, need to understand overall printing operation (sablon) and fulfill all requirements based on buyer satisfaction. handling approximately 50 people and need to make correct problem solving and decision to keep production running smoothly. Monitor the target as per plan.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering & Science.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
- Willing work under shift.
- Understand printing operation (technic, ink, screen)
- Has experienced handling team.
- Process and Target Oriented.
