Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Nursing, Master’s degree in Nursing or Hospital Administration Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Nursing Division Head/ Nursing Development Departement Head, with certification in Leadership Training and Nursing Management Administration
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Honest, ethical, hardworking, and effective in both oral and written communication
- Capable of working both as part of a team and independently
- Skilled in providing good analysis and presentations
