Job Description :
- Responsible for the management of security personnel, starting from performance supervision, work direction/instruction, implementation of development programs to giving reprimands and administrative actions to personnel who commit violations.
- Responsible in monitoring, reviewing and assisting the manager/leader to develop the Standard Operating Procedures at PT Bhumi Jepara Service and following up on security alerts.
- Responsible for security activities, including inspection of security devices, follow-up of security report investigations, implementation of procedures and emergency response simulation activities including coordination with Regional Security Forces (TNI & Polri).
- Prepare report related to BUJP performance as well as department supporting reports.
 
Requirement :
- Minimal D3 with minimal 5 years experienced.
- Having experience in managing security in Obvitnas is preferred.
- Candidate shall has Sertifikat Gada Utama or Retirement from TNI/Polri
- Have experience lead and manage teams with a large number of members (more than 50 personnel)
- Have knowledge related to command center, IT/CCTV
