Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description Service manager :
This position will be primarily responsible for managing team performance and daily operation, supporting in ensuring all service KPIs could be achieved :

  1. Handle all regions to manage and &nbspspare DO (Delivery Order)
  2. Be the bridge to communicate with internal departments and customers, data processing and upgrade customers experience with Uwinfly
  3. Monitor key KPI performance, such as, service level, abandon rate, mystery shopper result, satisfaction rate etc., ensure quality service is provided to customers
  4. Monitor and conduct service team’s daily operation and team member performance assessment
  5. Analyze the data and drive improvement initiatives,and Handle customers complaints and ensuring customers’ satisfaction
  6. Setup and improve after sales service documentation management system and application&nbsp
  7. Handle Marketing Area

Kualifikasi :&nbsp

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
  2. Usia 25-35 tahun
  3. Mempunyai pengalaman di Customer Service min. 1 tahun
  4. Pernah handle complain customer baik secara langsung maupun by online
  5. Mempunyai pengalaman Delivery Order
  6. Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik
  7. Bisa bekerjasama dengan team
