Job Description Service manager :
This position will be primarily responsible for managing team performance and daily operation, supporting in ensuring all service KPIs could be achieved :
- Handle all regions to manage and  spare DO (Delivery Order)
- Be the bridge to communicate with internal departments and customers, data processing and upgrade customers experience with Uwinfly
- Monitor key KPI performance, such as, service level, abandon rate, mystery shopper result, satisfaction rate etc., ensure quality service is provided to customers
- Monitor and conduct service team’s daily operation and team member performance assessment
- Analyze the data and drive improvement initiatives,and Handle customers complaints and ensuring customers’ satisfaction
- Setup and improve after sales service documentation management system and application 
- Handle Marketing Area
 
Kualifikasi : 
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Usia 25-35 tahun
- Mempunyai pengalaman di Customer Service min. 1 tahun
- Pernah handle complain customer baik secara langsung maupun by online
- Mempunyai pengalaman Delivery Order
- Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik
- Bisa bekerjasama dengan team
