We started our business in manufacturing Ceramic Tableware, Sanitary, and Furniture on 78 Ha of land in West Semarang, Central Java. Our group also operate Hospital, Property and Hotels. To strengthen our business objectives, we are looking for HR Specialist with the following qualifications:
Qualifications     :
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Legal/equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in Human Resources, preferably as an Organization and Development Specialist (OD Specialist).
- Able to conduct workload analysis and organizational set up
- Able to work in both teamwork and individually
- Good computer skill especially operates Visio 
- Have a strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
 
Responsibilities                 :
- To conduct Organization Development from vision and mission, identify competencies dictionary and job descriptions.
- To conduct workload analysis and SOPs
- To creates organization structure using Visio
