3. Having experience from Property / Real Estate industry is a must.
4. A proven track record of performance and delivery.
5. Target-oriented.
6. Have good managerial and leadership skills.
7. Working Location: Semarang area

Job Description :

1. Plan and execute marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and encouraging collaboration.
2. Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and tactic recommendations.
3. Identify targeted customer segmentation based on market research data.
4. Collaborate with Marketing Head to prepare and execute promotion activities in all related media to increase product sales.
5. Create and implement sales strategies.
6. Create and propose sales channels to optimize sales of houses and shophouses.
