Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target and focus on developing sales turnover in the respective area
- To provide strategy on all aspects of assistance sales and marketing program in developing and implementing marketing plan which meets brand, volume, pricing, and profit objectives for each trade channel.
- To develop good relationship with distribution channel that consists of: distributors, sub distributors, retailers and plumbers
- To manage and motivate Distributors as well as their teams and involve in extensive market survey.
- To manage and control sales activities (e.g. Purchase Order, Account receivables and customers feedback)
- To define and create professional services solutions in the field of Customer Satisfaction (Key Performance Indicator/KPI) program and analyze Customer’s requirements.
- Conduct coordination with Wavin internal team in Indonesia regarding any issues (product launch, account assessment, ongoing customer needs, distributor’s financial ability)
- Translate and execute any selling program/ company strategy which have been approved by the management effectively.
- Monitor the implementation of SOPs that have been determined by the company.
- Make a weekly, and monthly planning report in order to achieve maximum results.
- Supervise account planning and sales forecasting for sales resources.
- Frequently sales visits and support sales team in maintaining a high level customer relationship.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in building material industry
- Excellent communication
- Strong, resilient and confident.
- Results driven.
- Basic English Skills
