Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Semarang. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues with desktop computers, server, and assisting employees with their technological needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include help desk support and ensuring the smooth operation of our information technology systems.
