Job Requirement– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
– Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
– Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficient in MS Office applications.
– Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
– Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
