Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated, talkative, and detail-oriented Event Organizer to join our team. As an Event Organizer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our events for our staff or students. Your responsibilities will include arranging events, attending potential business partnership meetings, Liaising with our volunteers or partners, administering speaking tests, and managing academic and curriculum inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting and seeking volunteers for our company
2. Arranging schedules for our volunteers to visit classes at our branches including transport, daily meals, and liaising
3. Arranging, observing, and leading our corporate events for our staff
4. Arranging, observing, and leading events for our students
5. Collaborating with all of our staff to ensure positive outcomes for all of our events.
6. Seeking beneficial partnerships with other institutions or companies and attending the meetings.
Qualifications:
1. With at least 1 year of experience as an event organizer, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. A passion for education and a commitment to excellence
