We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager who would be a key member of the site leadership team responsible for ensuring that the products manufactured at the site are safe, wholesome and comply with all applicable company, customer and regulatory requirements.

To be successful as a quality control manager, you should have in-depth knowledge of product safety, quality and continuous improvement via effective data analysis and decision-making.
 
 
GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations
- overseeing the quality control program in organization
 
RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
- Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality control processes
- Get Involve in product development stage to ensure quality meet relevant standards or requirements from the beginning.
- Make decision in GO / NO GO for new product development prior to mass production.
- Conducting an assessment of the production processes and curating in-house quality policies
- Collaborating with quality personnel for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standards of operation
- Control CM’s production (Quality at Source) to ensure CM Production in align with quality standard.
- Using statistical process control (SPC) to analyze and make improvements on system.
- Communicate with internal and external (customers and group quality) related to product quality issue
- Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to
- Training quality assurance personnel for building a strong work unit
- Establishing procedures for sampling, recording, reporting data, evaluate data, assess and develop options
- Drive alignment and resolve conflict with effective negotiation skills
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback 
 
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION 
 
- College degree and major in Mechanical or Technical field
- Experience in wooden furniture/woodworking is preferable 
- Depth in quality set up of mass production and quality tools
- Well understand of quality management system, process and product 
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
- Computer literate, MS Office and AutoCAD
- Fluency in English language (verbal and written is a must)
- Hands on and customer oriented
- Strong and efficient communication towards colleagues, subordinates and superior
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of math, data analysis, and statistical methods.
