Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform whose investment base originates from Singapore and is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, was founded in 2022. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and shop-owners to pursue their business dreams with our strong supply chain capabilities and reliable e-commerce platform. Polibeli reaches 16 cities on the island of Java, from Banten to Surabaya.
Job Responsibilities:
- Committed to do 3 months of internship (WFH)
- Reviewing and checking the documents and information from registrants.
- Ensure data and documents meet procedural standards in terms of format, content, and location.
- Communicate with registrants via email and/or phone to confirm the legitimacy of data and documents.
- Identify and flag suspicious data and documents submitted by registrants.
- Alert and initiate investigations for potential fraud or malicious activities.
- Verify fraud indicators on the platform, such as fake users or orders.
- Offer prompt feedback on identified issues and provide professional insights.
- Responsible for Yogyakarta or Surakarta, and surrounding areas
- Running 3-4 days a week and producing a report.
- Willing to do store/market visits when requested 
Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major or currently studying in their final semester.
- Detail-oriented and not easily influenced by others.
- Possesses good and firm communication skills.
- Demonstrates responsibility, positivity, loyalty, and honesty.
- Own a motorcycle to do market/store visit 
- Fluency in English or Mandarin is a plus
