PPIC Supervisor
 
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Proven 3 years’ experience in production planning and inventory control in the automotive or electrical vehicle company.
- Proficiency in Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Willing to be placed in Demak, Magelang Central Java and available for business trips outside the city
Responsibility :
- Production Planning & Inventory Management: Developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure a streamlined manufacturing process to fulfill demand from the sales department.
- Coordinating and implementing MRP systems to optimize inventory levels and generating Shop Orders (SO) and Purchase Requests (PR) for material flow.
- Utilizing the updated rolling forecast to anticipate stock availability and calculating the annual budget for raw materials and packaging materials based on forecast estimation
- Implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely execution of manufacturing processes and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitoring and production data analyze to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in production planning and promote a culture of safety
