Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sales representative will work under supervision of Regional Sales Manager. The role is to achieve sales target set by the company using strategies developed by Marketing team. Sales representatives will work closely with marketing and technical support teams to achieve short and long term company goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve the targets set by the company
2. Build a sales plan
3. Selling the company’s products to customers
4. Do product presentation and detailing to the customer
5. Maintain good relations with customers and potential customers
6. Ensuring the achievement of customer satisfaction targets
7. Be familiar with and optimize usage of company’s CRM&nbsp
8. Collaboration with the marketing team in conducting market surveys, events &amp studies
9. Collaboration with the technical support team during product training, installation &amp maintenance equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree&nbsp
• Having sales training certificates will be consider as an advantage
• Minimum 1 year experience in the IVD (in vitro diagnostic) industry&nbsp
• In depth knowledge of haematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular market
• Having experience in handling government project will be taken into consideration
• Have good communication skills to communicate effectively with customers
